Hotel shampoo bottles may be of use to others.
Many people travel a lot, whether it is for work or leisure. When staying in hotels, it is not uncommon for people to pick up the small, travel-sized complimentary shampoo bottles that the hotel provides, only to discard them once they arrive back home. Although to most people tiny hotel shampoo bottles do not mean much, there actually is a place to donate them to avoid having them go to waste.
Instructions
Donating Hotel Shampoo
1. Log on to the Clean the World website (www.cleantheworld.org) and read about the organization's mission. The Clean the World Foundation, Inc. was established in early 2009 by Paul Till and Shawn Seipler. Clean the World is a non-profit organization that aims to collect and reuse shampoo products that are thrown out by the hospitality industry on a daily basis. Clean the World also aims to stop deaths that result from hygiene-related medical conditions.
2. Send or bring your hotel shampoo to the Clean the World Recycling Operations Center, which is located in Orlando, Florida. Individuals seeking to donate shampoo can go directly to the center themselves, or they can send in their unwanted shampoo bottles.
The address is:
Clean The World
8026 Sunport Drive, Suite 306
Orlando, FL. 32809
3. If you are in the hospitality industry and wish to donate large quantities, you are first required to call the Clean the World managing director, Paul Till.

4. Donate money. If you do not have any unused hotel shampoo bottles, but would still like to help the Clean the World organization, you can donate money directly through the website as long as you have a credit card. Recurring monthly donation options are also available through the website.
