DJ Candy Supergroove is one of the non-player characters in the Nintendo DS adventure game "MySims Agents." Players receive the task of tracking down a mysterious criminal named "V," but can also perform other quests along the way. One of the quests is to assist DJ Candy in holding a live event. The mission calls for some "cool-looking lights" to be placed in front of her shop. The trick to this mission is that the lights cannot be bought -- they have to be made.
Instructions
1. Play the game until you can get the "extractor" from Ashley. You will find her in the house opposite your own in the left of town. The extractor allows you to synthesize items, which is the key to making the lights for DJ Candy's store.
2. Exit Ashley's house and walk up to Abel's house, which is right next to it. Stand in front of the house and press the "R" button to equip the extractor. Press the "A" button twice while facing the house to extract two red "Moon Essence."
3. Stand in front of the lamppost next to the mayor's house, which is to the right of Abel's house, and use the extractor. You will receive two "Light Essence."
4. Return to Ashley to receive the "F-Synthesis," which allows you to combine the essence you have captured into objects.
5. Press "X" to open the items menu and select the "F-Synthesis" which is the object in the bottom-middle of the menu.
6. Use your stylus to drag the red moon essence to the left of the machine. Place it in the blue swirling cloud. Use your stylus to drag the light essence to the right side of the machine and place it in the green swirling cloud. The top screen will show the items you can create with this combination.
7. Select the hanging lamp, then tap the star icon at the top of the bottom screen. Rub the stylus in a clockwise motion on the screen until you get the message "Cool Lamp Post has been created!" Repeat the process so that you have the two lights required for the mission.
8. Walk to DJ Candy's store in the upper left side of town. Press the "Y" button and then select the second icon on the right-hand side of the screen. It looks like a block with an orange arrow next to it. This allows you to place items in the town.
9. Press the "R" button to cycle through the items until you get to "Lights." Press "Down" on the d-pad to highlight the "Cool Lamp Post" and then press the "A" button to select it.
10. Tap on the spot directly in front of DJ Candy's store to select the place where you want to place the light. Press the "A" button to confirm. Repeat the process with the second lamp. Both lights will now be in front of the store as the mission requires.
