Correctly Install a Stair Nose When Laying Laminate Flooring

Instructions
1. Clear the step of the stairway of any loose debris and measure the width of the step with the measuring tape.
2. Cut the wood stair nose molding to the measurement from the previous step with the wood saw. Cut the metal track to the measurement from the previous step with the hack saw.
3. Install the metal track on the stair nose with the liquid nails glue. Install the track just close enough to the edge of the stair nose to allow the edge of the stair case molding to hang over. Allow time for the glue to dry, by following the guidelines on the tube of glue.
4. Apply glue to the stair nose molding and insert it into the metal track. Allow time for the glue to dry, by following the guidelines on the tube of glue.
