"Grand Theft
Auto: San Andreas" from 2004 follows the story of Carl Johnson as he returns to his family and his life in a gang after being away for five years. You'll have to save Carl's family and take control of the streets. Knowing a few methods to get easy money, recruit gang members and win turf wars will help you make Carl come out on top.
Freeze Trick
Bring one of the datable women with you when you attempt to take over a gang territory. Defeat the first wave of gang members and then give your date a gift or a kiss. All opposing gang members will freeze so you can pick up the armor and health icons in the area. The gang members will unfreeze when you attack them again, so use a rocket launcher or grenade to take out a cluster of them at once.
Attack Cancellation Trick
If you see a gang is attacking one of your territories, get in a cop car, ambulance or firetruck and press "R3" to start the secondary mission. Hit "R3" again to cancel the missions and the attack on your territory will be over.
Motorcycle Trick
Grab a machine gun or another gun that can be used while riding a motorcycle. Tap "Circle" immediately after releasing the "L1" (jump) button. If you do this quickly enough your gun won't fire but you'll jump up to two stories high.
Traffic Trick
To get rid of all traffic on the roads, start a new game and get to the "OG Loc" missions. Talk to DJ at the beach mission and respond positively. If you run away when she asks you to dance there will be no vehicles on the road. Save your game here to do this whenever you'd like.
Gang Recruiting Trick
Press "Down," "Square," "Up," R2," "R2," "Up," "Right," "Right" and "Up." A message will appear if you enter the code correctly. Approach any person on the street, target them and press "Up" on the control pad to recruit that person into your gang. This helps when you're in areas without members of your own gang around. Anyone you recruit off the street this way will be armed.
Fight Trick
Walk into a bar or pool hall and start beating up the customers. None of them are armed and some of them are carrying large amounts of cash. Save your game, then go to a betting shop and bet all of your cash on a race. If you win go back and repeat this process as necessary to raise large amounts of cash. If you lose, restart from your saved game and try again.
TV Trick
Your character will have to eat on a regular basis or his health will drop and he'll get weaker. Press "Triangle" while you're in front of the television and then leave the game alone. The character's health won't change and your cash will increase.
