Crystal Pier Hotel and Cottages have over 20 cottages built on a pier jutting out over the Pacific Ocean right at the beach. You can hear the ocean sounds beneath you as you relax on the outside deck complete with lounges, table and chairs with an umbrella to shade you as you watch the seals swimming in the nearby surf. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom and living room. These are very popular cottages and reservations must be made months in advance.

Redwood Hollow Guest Cottages
Registered as a San Diego Historic Site, the Redwood Hollow Guest Cottages were all built over the years from 1915 to 1940. Of the eleven cottages, seven are available as rentals. Built in the craftsman bungalow style, these units range from a studio to one- and two-bedroom cottages.The grounds are encased in lush gardens and provide a tranquil place to relax. Situated in La Jolla, Redwood Hollow is near the beach, the town of La Jolla and the many attractions of San Diego.
