Arabic Furniture Books

Books about Arabic furniture can be hard to come by, especially with book stores increasingly going out of business. Although you might not be able to purchase books about Arabic furniture in person, you can find many options online.


"The Arab Chest"

The author first encountered this type of chest in East Africa in the early 1950s, and since then has studied its style and origins. This book includes illustrations, photographs, maps and line drawings.

"Moroccan Interiors" is a paperback book available for purchase on eBay.com. This $29.95 book includes photos of Moroccan homes, interiors and furniture.


"Mediterranean Design"


This hardcover book by Mary Whitesides offers photos and text about design and furniture from Morocco and Turkey. The book is available for $39.95 from Borders.com.
