2. Incorporate natural stone into the home's motif. Stone is another nature-inspired element that will help enhance the bungalow feel of your home. This makes it a good choice for countertops, fireplace mantels and surrounds or even accessories in the space.
3. Paint the room in colors inspired by nature. For example, browns, tans and greens are common elements of Mission-style design. Also, vary the colors as desired. An accent wall in a vibrant yellow can be contrasted against a burnt orange. Use accessories to add even more colors to the mix.
