Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell" is a 2002 stealth video game available for multiple platforms, including Xbox, GameCube and Playstation2. You play as black ops agent Sam Fisher, who is on a mission to stop Georgian President Kombayn Nikoladze from committing mass murder on the Muslim population of Azerbaijan. In the level "Defense Ministry," you infiltrate a meeting between the Georgian president and Russian mercenary Vyacheslav Grinko in order to find out the truth behind Nikoladze's plans. Use cheats and guides to make this an easier task.
Locate the Driver
Your first objective in this level is to find and question Grinko's driver, but there is a quick and easy way to do this. Once you've made it to the stairs, you will hear the noise of the video camera halfway down. Move to the left and shoot the camera with your pistol when it comes into view. Continue down the stairs and then shoot the next camera using the same technique. Descend the stairs and open the door that you see next. Shoot the camera in the room from your position in the doorway. Go through the door on the left, stay in the shadows and carry on moving forward. Grab Grinko's driver, interrogate him, bring him to the shadows and then knock him unconscious.
Turn Off Laser Grid
Your next objective is to disable the security laser grid. Go down the stairs and turn right when you leave the cafeteria. Grab the guard between the pillars and knock him out in the darkness. Slowly sneak down the stairs to the left and hide behind the steps. Grab the guard on the computer and knock him unconscious. Sneak to the computer and disable the laser security grid. Hide in the darkness until the colonel walks in and sits down. Grab him and pull him over to the retinal scanner. Use the scanner on his eyes and then knock him out. Collect the colonel's satchel and leave through the door the retinal scanner opened.
Access the Computer
Gaining access to Nikoladze's computer is a challenge, but there is simple approach. Once you are on the roof, rappel from the stovepipe down the building. Watch the soldier through the window until he turns right and looks away. Move into view at this point and shoot him through the window. Collect the soldier's satchel and then take the files from the computer. Some soldiers will come in looking for you; quickly get to the window, crouch and then jump out so that you are hanging on the other side. Jump back in when the soldiers leave and finish taking the files.
Escape
The guards are chasing you down after the theft of the computer files. To easily survive this frantic situation, start by exiting the office, running down the hall and going through the door on the left. Pick up the medical kit at the bottom of the stairs. Open the door and run toward the elevator shaft. Slide down the pipe as far as you can and jump down the rest of the way. Run toward Grinko's car, where you ambushed the driver earlier. You will now see and meet up with Junior Wilkes, a colleague of yours who gets you in and out of mission areas. The entire level is now complete.
