Troubleshoot Agatha Christie'S "Evil Under The Sun" Pc Game

Glitches may block your mission in "Evil Under the Sun."

"Evil Under the Sun," a PC game designed by The Adventure Company, immerses players into a story created by mystery author Agatha Christie. Occasional technical problems can cause the game to have glitches, crashes and other malfunctions. You may need to sleuth out underlying computer issues to troubleshoot and fix so you can focus on the mysteries of the game.

Instructions

1. Check that your computer meets the minimum system requirements if the game won't install or repeatedly crashes. The software requires at least Windows 2000 or higher, a 1.4Ghz computer processor, 1.5GB of free hard drive space, 256MB of computer memory and a 64MB video card.

2. Uninstall the game and reinstall it. This may clear problems caused by computer data corruption or missing files. Click "Start" in the bottom left corner of the screen. Move your cursor over "All Programs" and select the Agatha Christie game folder. Click "Uninstall" and follow the on-screen prompts. Reinstall the game with the original installation disc.

3. Download the "Evil Under the Sun" game patch from the game's developers (see Resources). The developers have posted patches and upgrades that fix common bugs and software-related problems. Double-click the downloaded file to automatically update your copy of the game.

4. Contact the Software Company's customer support line using their online form or by emailing support@dreamcatchergames.com if you still cannot get the game to function properly.
