Venues for live music, entertainment and movies round out this eclectic center for culture in downtown Houston.
Houston's Sporting Life
Had enough of cultural pursuits? Couples can enjoy the sporting life by taking in a ballgame at Minute Maid Park, home of Major League Baseball's Houston Astros. A new centerpiece surrounding the area is the Rice Lofts. "The Rice," as it is known to locals, is a center for dining, night life and shopping--and a destination before or after the game.
